Research & Development
Our R&D efforts are driven by one core idea: students and learners should have access to real, hands-on rocket science. We’ve been building, testing, and improving rockets that serve not only as educational tools but also as a stepping stone toward real-world space applications.
What We’ve Built So Far
We started with a mission to create rocket kits that are functional, easy to assemble, and educational. So far, we’ve developed 5 to 7 different types of model rocket kits, each with unique features designed to match different learning levels and project needs:
-
Basic Rockets – Designed for beginners. These are easy to assemble and launch, making them ideal for school-level programs and early learners.
-
Intermediate Rockets – These include parachute recovery systems, introducing students to basic aerodynamics, flight stability, and recovery mechanisms.
-
Advanced Rockets – Built for deeper experimentation. These kits can carry and deploy a mini satellite prototype, allowing learners to simulate payload integration, sensor setup, and telemetry basics.
Each kit has been carefully tested in live demos and workshops across Tamil Nadu. They’ve helped students go from textbook theories to real launch experiences, right from their school or college ground.

What We’re Working On
We’re currently developing high-powered model rockets that can reach an apogee of 4 to 5 kilometers—a significant step up in performance and capability.
These rockets are designed for:
-
Advanced student projects
-
College-level research simulations
-
Payload testing under real launch conditions
We are experimenting with custom-built propulsion systems, improved flight dynamics, onboard electronics, and reusable launch mechanisms—all tuned to Indian learning environments and safety norms.
What Comes Next
Our vision for the future is to build an indigenous sounding rocket, developed entirely in Tamil Nadu. This project is focused on bridging the gap between model rockets and full-scale research rockets.
Our future rocket will be built for:
-
CubeSat and student satellite testing
-
Academic research and university payload launches
-
Hands-on training in satellite deployment and telemetry tracking
We believe this will open doors for colleges, technical institutes, and research groups in India to test and validate satellite concepts without relying on expensive launch programs.
